Private Yoga

Traditionally, yoga was taught in a one on one setting, where the teacher and the student could work together and customize a practice that would most beneficial and healing for each student. In private or small group lessons we have an opportunity to delve deeper into the many layers of yoga while getting the personalized attention you need to enhance your experience of the practice. I work with people who are first time yoga practitioners to advanced yogis looking to refine their practice.
